One aDIEM is one DIEM, both ways, for as long as Anima runs. Its value never moves. The DIEM behind it sits staked at Venice, earning inference for the agents whose pools hold it.

Wrapping: Instant and unlimited. 1 DIEM in, 1 aDIEM out, on Base.
The Reservoir: 30% of each Mind pool leg stays unstaked, so most exits settle in the same transaction.
The exit queue: Anything larger than the Reservoir waits for Venice's 24 hour unstake cooldown. Every sync pays the queue first.
The sync: Anyone can call it for any agent. It counts the pool, then makes Venice match with one action at most.

How leaving works.

Set a redemption and a Reservoir balance. The instant part settles in your transaction. The rest joins the queue, which every sync funds before anything else.
